Do you offer "Day of" or "Month of" Coordination?

"Day of" or "Month of" Coordination is not something we accommodate. While your investment includes a full team on site the day of your wedding, we have found over the years that the amount of time, energy, and detail put into each and every wedding surpasses that of the traditional “Day of/Month of Coordination” definition. We feel that with the insane attention to detail that is given, it just doesn't make sense to offer this service in particular and doesn't align with our brand.

How many team members are on site the day of my Wedding?

Depending on the complexity of your event, Wedding day production will be provided by at least 5 Castiglione Events team members: 2 event directors, 2 assistants and 1 personal wedding attendant the day of. 


What is a “Non-traditional venue”?

A non-traditional venue is just that. It’s a space that can be used for events but is not its primary use. This space does not come with rentals or catering and requires the same to be provided through an outside source. Any venue that requires a tent installation, is also considered a non-traditional venue.


What do rentals consist of?

Rentals can be anything from tables, chairs, flatware, china, glassware, furniture, linen, dance floors, tents. If you are getting married at a space that needs rentals brought in, it is imperative to have a team helping with the selection and management of those items.  


Why do you share proposals only after a consultation?

There are so many different elements in the type of weddings we provide that no wedding is the same, nor are every couple's needs the same. That being said, we take the time to have an in-depth conversation with you and your partner to get all the details (are there rentals involved? If you're getting married in a non-traditional space, is your caterer experienced with off-premise weddings? Is your ceremony and reception in different locations? What does your design vision look like?) We want to make sure we provide you with a price point that aligns with your wedding needs.

What does pricing start at?

We offer two different ways to work together: Full Service Planning & Design or Hourly Planning Sessions. Get in touch via our Contact Page for more info! After our initial consultation and we decide if we're the right fit together, we'll be able to give you a clearer estimate of what plan will deliver you your dream wedding!


What is required to hold my date and get started?

Typically, we require a 30% deposit to secure your date with your signed agreement to ensure you have a Lead Planner on site.
