Do you offer Day of Coordination?
Unfortunately Day of Coordination is not something we accommodate. We have found over the years that the amount of time, energy and detail put into each and every wedding surpasses that of the “Day of Coordination” definition. We feel that with the insane attention to detail that is given, it just doesn't make sense to offer something like that, and doesn't align with our brand. However, our Event Management plan would be a great option in lieu of this.
What is a “Non-traditional venue”?
A non-traditional venue is just that. It’s a space that can be used for events, but is not its primary use. This space does not come with rentals, or catering and requires same to be provided through an outside source. Any venue that requires a tent installation, is also considered a non-traditional venue.
What do rentals consist of?
Rentals can be anything from tables, chairs, flatware, china, glassware, furniture, linen, dance floors, tents. If you are getting married at a space that needs rentals brought in, it is imperative to have a team helping with the selection and management of those items.
Why do you share proposals only after a consultation?
Let’s face it. It’s not 1983 anymore. Every wedding is different and cookie cutter weddings are becoming obsolete. There are so many different elements in today’s wedding industry that no wedding is the same, nor are every couples needs the same. That being said, we take the time to have an in depth conversation with you and your partner to get all the details (are there rentals involved? If you're getting married in a non-traditional space, is your caterer experienced with off-premise weddings? Is your ceremony and reception in different locations? What does your design vision look like?) We want to make sure we provide you with a price point that aligns with your wedding needs.
What does pricing start at?
Our base package starts at $3500 and is for traditional spaces only. Non-traditional space pricing starts at $6800.
Can we hire you for hourly consulting?
Absolutely. Need to pick our brains on certain things? We’ll schedule planning sessions with you right in our Asbury Park office or via Zoom call.
Can we add on? Or create an al a carte package of our own?
Totally. To reiterate: every wedding is different! Some couples may only need one or two things. However, it is at the discretion of Castiglione Events whether we can do what you are asking, based on the location & type of wedding you’re having.
What is required to hold my date and get started?
Typically, we require a 30% deposit to secure your date with your signed agreement to ensure you have a Lead Planner on site.
