Do you offer "Day of" or "Month of" Coordination?

Castiglione Events is an exclusive Full Service Planning company. While your investment includes a full team on site the day of your wedding, the amount of time, energy, and meticulous detail put into each unique wedding surpasses that of the traditional “Day of/Month of Coordination” definition. 

What does an initial consultation look like?

No wedding is the same, nor are every couple's needs the same. In order to asses if we are a good fit, I take the time via our 1 hour Zoom or in person meeting to get to know you and your partner and have an in-depth conversation to get all the details you are envisioning to plan of the wedding of your dreams. 

How many team members are on site the day of my Wedding?

Depending on the complexity of your event, Wedding day production will be provided by at least 5 Castiglione Events team members: 2 event directors, 2 assistants and 1 personal wedding attendant the day of. 

What is required to hold my date and get started?

A non-refundable retainer to secure your date with your signed agreement is required to begin work. 

 

What is a “Non-traditional venue”?

A non-traditional venue is a space that can be used for events but is not its primary use. This space does not include rentals or catering and requires the same to be provided through an outside source. Any venue that requires a tent installation, is also considered a non-traditional venue.

 

What do rentals consist of?

Rentals can be anything from tables, chairs, flatware, china, glassware, furniture, linen, dance floors, tents. If you are getting married at a space that needs rentals brought in, it is imperative to have an experienced planner assisting with the selection and management of those items.

Do you offer a la carte services? Like rentals, signage, photobooths etc? 

Castiglione Events is a service based company only and does not own any rentals or signage items. However, if you are in need of guidance  and trusted direction in these areas, Consulting sessions are ideal for you.
